Meet Our Staff:
Julie B.-MA
Front Office Supervisor
Julie is our front office supervisor. She works closely with both doctors and fills a variety of roles including scheduling, referrals, as well as, referral tracking, medication refills, and various other clinical and administrative roles. Julie ensures that medical records for care provided outside of our office are requested and included in our records. She also reaches out to our patients regularly to remind them of appointments or needed services. Julie supports Mai in her care coordination responsibilities.
Meredith D.-MA
Medical Assistant
Meredith works closely with Dr. Cressy to provide quality care for her patients. She also works up front as well handling, scheduling, referrals, and medication refills.
Emily P.- CNA
Health Coach
Emily works closely with Dr. Hirsch to provide quality care for his patients. She will obtain vital signs, give injections, perform EKGs, assist with prior authorizations on medications, and perform other duties as needed. Emily also provides health coaching for both, Drs. Hirsch and Cressy. In this role she assists with educating our patients about making helpful lifestyle changes, the importance of taking their medications as prescribed and developing their individual care plans and goals.
Connie M.- CMA (AAMA)
Care Coordinator
Connie works at the front desk in many capacities. She is primarily responsible for arranging and tracking of referrals and tests. She will also assist in the check-out process. Connie also ensures that medical records for care provided outside of our office are requested and included in our records. Along with Julie, Connie also reaches out to our patients regularly to remind them of appointments or needed services.
Linda H.
Practice Manager
Linda is our office manager and often assists at the front desk. She is involved in most aspects of the office. She is always available to assist you with any questions you might have.
